SYNCHRONIZED SKATING TEAM TRY-OUTS

Skaters NOT currently on a Dazzler Team:

If you are interested in being on a team, you must attend this individual skill assessment. At this time, you will be informed of when to attend the next round of try-outs.

            WHEN:                        Wednesday, April 30th , 5:45 –7:00 PM
            WHO:                          All new skaters, ages 6 years & older and Beta & above.
            TOTAL COST:            $15.00 per skater.   Registration forms due April 28, 2008

Skaters Currently on a 2007 – 2008 Dazzler Team:

You are required to attend the try-out time for your current Dazzler Team. If interested, you can also try-out at another Team’s try-out time (if you fit the exact age and level criteria for that team). All skaters’ ages are determined by the standard date of July 1, 2008.

             TOTAL COST:            $15.00 per skater

 Saturday, May 3rd – #1 Intermediate Dazzler Synchronized Skating Team   TIME: 7:00-8:00AM

                        1.      Interested skaters 13 to 18, Freestyle 5 and above with 2 years Synchro skating experience, (or pro recommendation),                                 and must pass Pre-Juvenile Moves in the Field by October 1, 2008, and

                        2.      All 13to 18 current 2007 – 2008 Intermediate Dazzlers & Open Juvenile Dazzlers.

Saturday, May 3rd – #2 Open Juvenile Dazzler Synchronized Skating Team   TIME:   8:00-9:00AM

1.      Interested skaters 11 & older, Freestyle 5 and above, with 2 years Synchro skating experience, (or pro recommendation), and must pass Pre-Preliminary Moves in the Field by October 1, 2008, and

2.      All current 2007 – 2008 Open Juvenile Dazzlers.

 Saturday, May 3rd – #3 Pre-Juvenile Dazzler Synchronized Skating Team   TIME:   9:15-10:15 AM

                               1.      Interested skaters 9 & older, Freestyle 5 and above, with 2 years Synchro skating experience, (or pro recommendation) and

                        2.      All current 2007 – 2008 Pre-Juvenile Dazzlers.

Saturday, May 10th – #4 Teen/Sr. Youth Dazzlers Synchronized Skating Team   TIME:   7:00 – 8:00 AM

1.      Interested skaters 11 & above, Freestyle 4 and above (or pro recommendation), and

2.      All current 2007 – 2008 Senior Youth Dazzlers.

 Saturday, May 10th – #5 Youth Dazzlers Synchronized Skating Team  TIME:  8:00 – 9:00 AM

                               1.      Interested skaters 8 to 11 years, Freestyle 3 and above (or pro recommendation), and

2.      All current 2007 – 2008 Youth Synchro Dazzlers.

 Saturday, May 10th – #6 & 7 Youth & Jr. Youth Formation Dazzler Synchronized Skating Team  TIME:  9:15-10:15AM

1.      Interested skaters 6 & up, Beta and above, and

2.      All current 2007 – 2008 Youth & Junior Youth Formation Dazzlers
